Dr. Lee has various experiences in Design, Engineering and Construction Industry. He completed his Master and Ph.D in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Madison focusing on Construction Engineering and Management. His engineering backgrounds focus on Construction Engineering and Management, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

He has had more than 10 year’s construction management experiences at URS Corp and founded TL Engineering PC 2009 for Planning, Engineering design services and construction management services. He has had various experiences in mega projects ranged from $100 millions to $1 billion for several clients such as Port Authority of NY & NJ, MTA, NYC FDNY, NYC DDC, Goldman Sachs, etc.

Related experiences includes NYC School Construction Program (over $100 millions), Farley Penn Station Project (over $500 millions), JFK redevelopment program / Jet Blue Terminal (over $800 millions), Goldman Sachs consulting team (various projects), NYC 911 Call center rehabilitation projects (over $100 millions), and etc.
